According to a study conducted by BCG and the Network, the proportion of employees who want to continue with a traditional 9-to-5 job has dropped to 36% and the vast majority want flexibility at work.

To a large extent, this also applies to procurement, which is currently having to tackle one crisis after another with incredible dynamism.
