INVERTO expands Leadership Team in Madrid: José Carande Morgado joins as Managing Director
- José Carande Morgado will lead the team alongside current Managing Director Manuel Berlanga Díaz.

Madrid, June 11 – INVERTO, the subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) specializing in procurement and supply chain management, is further expanding its Managing Board in Madrid: José Carande Morgado will lead the team as Managing Director together with current Managing Director Manuel Berlanga Diaz.
INVERTO opened its office in Madrid last October. This addition is motivated by the strong business growth since then, following high demand for services from clients who have sought to improve their procurement operations and optimize their supply chain.
The management team of INVERTO in Spain, composed of José Carande and Manuel Berlanga Díaz, will continue to work closely with Spanish companies to maximize the impact of procurement in their organizations while further expanding the team and strengthening capabilities in Spain.
José Carande Morgado has over 20 years of experience in management consulting focusing on efficiency and performance improvement, partnering with leading companies in Spain in defining and implementing their efficiency agenda and generating tangible impact in their businesses.
The experienced manager is specialized in strategic cost reduction, integrated spend management, digital & data enabled procurement transformation as well as risk management. He has worked extensively with leading companies in the Banking, Insurance, Utilities, Energy, and Telecommunications industries.
José Carande Morgado studied industrial engineering at the University Politécnica de Madrid and completed a program for managers in business administration at the Instituto de Empresa. As a procurement expert, he has been a lecturer on several postgraduate courses on Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña (UPC) and the Instituto Químico de Sarrià (IQS).
