Appointment: Stéphane Crosnier strengthens INVERTO's management team in Paris
Paris, December 9 – INVERTO, a subsidiary of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) specializing in procurement and supply chain management, has appointed Stéphane Crosnier as Managing Director. An expert in procurement, supply chain management and operational resilience, he joins the Paris office’s French management team and will also lead INVERTOs global Supply Chain & Resilience Center of Excellence.

With over 25 years’ experience, Stéphane Crosnier has led major growth and transformation operations in a wide range of sectors, including industrial goods, automotive, aerospace and consumer goods. An expert in procurement, supply chain resilience and digitalization, he has developed innovative solutions based on digital twins and stress-testing methods. He has also supported leading companies in the turnaround of distressed industrial activities, and in the development of resilient, high-performance operating models.
His international experience, acquired through transformation projects in Europe, the USA and Asia, has enabled Stéphane Crosnier to develop a global, innovative vision based on advanced technologies.
His expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is widely recognized, with a presentation ranked best session at the Gartner Supply Chain XPO 2022 and a 3rd place in “The Consulting Report’s Top 25 Consultants & Leaders of 2024”.
A graduate of École Centrale de Nantes in computer science and mechanical engineering, Stéphane Crosnier also holds an MBA specializing in supply chain management from ESSEC Business School, Paris.
