Our Commitment.
When you join Inverto, you become part of a community that values people as much as performance. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels included, supported and inspired – and where responsibility for each other and the world around us is part of everyday life. Our initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and Sustainability reflect this promise, shaping a culture where you can thrive, grow and make a real impact.
Creating a culture of belonging starts with recognizing and valuing different perspectives, life experiences and identities. This foundation enables people to contribute with confidence and authenticity.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Inverto, we believe that diversity fuels innovation and inclusion creates belonging. Our mission is to build a workplace where unique perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiences are valued, empowering our people, enriching our impact for clients, and strengthening our company.
Our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives is built on three pillars:
- Diverse Together: Celebrating cultural, ethnic, religious, and ability-based diversity through awareness, education, and allyship.
- Pride: Fostering a sense of belonging for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies, while enhancing visibility and support across our global network.
- WIN with Sandy: Building on BCG’s successful “Project Sandy”, this pillar focuses on strengthening gender balance at Inverto. We invest in programs to attract, empower, and retain female talent, provide mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, and support parents with flexible models and resources to thrive in their careers.
Through these initiatives, and with the support of local ambassadors across our offices, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
When people feel balanced, supported and energized, they are empowered to do their best work and grow in meaningful ways both professionally and personally.
Wellbeing
We are convinced that people do their best work when they feel healthy, balanced, and supported. That’s why we put wellbeing at the heart of our culture – not just as a set of benefits, but as a commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
Our wellbeing approach is built around three pillars:
- Body: Encouraging an active lifestyle through fitness options and local sports initiatives.
- Mind: Promoting mental fitness and inner clarity with resources such as mental coaching and awareness programs by our internal full-time mental coach Afsaneh [link to interview with Afsaneh].
- Healthy Nutrition & Work Environment: Supporting healthy choices and collaboration through initiatives like subsidized meals and modern workplace design.
By connecting wellbeing to our core values [link to values], we make sure that looking after ourselves and each other is part of everyday life at Inverto. Together, we foster a workplace where balance, energy, and community are just as important as performance.
You can discover more about the benefits that support your wellbeing on our Benefits [link to benefits] page.
Positive impact begins with everyday choices. The way we work, travel and give back reflects our shared responsibility for people, communities and the planet.
Sustainability
At Inverto, we take responsibility for our impact on people and the planet, creating greener workplaces, supporting our communities, and embedding sustainable practices into everyday life.
What we are doing
Together with BCG, we drive eco-friendly office practices and encourage small, daily changes that make a big difference – this can include walking instead of taking a taxi, eating plant meals in the office, or using reusable bottles. We also give back: every colleague can dedicate a day each year to volunteering, whether that’s planting trees, cleaning rivers, or sharing skills with non-profits.
Why we are doing it
We believe sustainability is our responsibility – to each other, our clients, and society. For our people, this means being part of a workplace where sustainable choices are encouraged and where individual contributions matter.
The impact we are making
Since 2025, we’ve been tracking travel-related carbon emissions with AMEX Global Business Travel to increase transparency on our carbon impact. Our initiatives also deliver tangible results: Veganuary saved around 2,000 kg of CO₂e across EMESA, while campaigns like Earth Day clothes collection and World Environment Day pledge week saw wide participation.
