Core Functions: Enabling Growth from Within.

Our Business Services Teams cover a wide range of functions, each playing a crucial role in enabling Inverto’s global success. From ensuring operational excellence to shaping our culture, every department contributes to how we grow and lead together.

We support Inverto’s EMESA management team and leadership in driving strategic priorities across the region and achieving the company’s strategic goals. Our work focuses on three key areas: Business Development (incl. Go-to-Market & Commercial Excellence), Corporate Development (incl. Growth & Operational Excellence) and Strategy (incl. Management Team Support & Inverto Roadmap). We bridge business insight and execution to help shape Inverto’s roadmap for success.

We keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This includes executive support, event coordination, and office management across locations. Our work enables collaboration, focus, and connection, creating an environment where people can do their best work.

We manage Inverto’s financial resources to support both strategic and operational goals. Our responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to enable informed decisions, project controlling to support case teams, and accounting, tax, and treasury to ensure compliance and secure funding. We also oversee payroll operations, travel management, and administration – from managing expense processes and travel platforms to ensuring workplace safety, policy compliance, and real estate and insurance matters. In addition, Finance acts as the Business Process Owner for Legal, with legal services provided by BCG’s Global Legal team.

We are Inverto’s Knowledge Excellence Hub, empowering consulting teams with tailored, high-quality knowledge solutions. By combining human expertise with advanced technology and AI, we make insights accessible across industries, topics, and regions, connect experts, and accelerate delivery, driving innovation, efficiency, and measurable client impact.

We ensure alignment and global impact across all Practice Areas and Centers of Excellence. By steering strategic initiatives, promoting cross-functional exchange, and managing capacities, budgets, and affiliations, we enable consistent, effective collaboration and high value creation.

We support every stage of the employee journey, from attracting the right talent to enabling continuous development and fostering an environment where people can thrive. Our teams include Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Career Development, Learning & Development, Teaming, and People Services.
