Paris, 15 January 2024 – INVERTO, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) subsidiary specializing in procurement and supply chain management, has strengthened its Paris office with the appointment of Isabelle Pinto Carradine as Managing Director.
On January 1, 2024, Isabelle Pinto Carradine joined INVERTO France as Managing Director, heading up the Paris office alongside Denis Di Vito and Patrice Maheo.
With 25 years’ experience in procurement consulting, Isabelle will support INVERTO’s strong development and reinforce its expertise in the transformation of procurement organizations linked to the decarbonization of industry, risk management, and the use of technology.
She has supported numerous industrial goods companies both in France and across the globe in carrying out major transformations focused on improving economic performance, the professionalization of processes, digitalization and industrial relocation. She will have particular responsibility for the consumer goods and industrial goods sectors.

After obtaining an engineering degree from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique pour l’Industrie et l’Entreprise (ENSIIE), and a master’s degree in operations research, she began her consultancy career within international consulting firms, which latterly saw her lead the procurement consulting function. In addition to her consulting activities, she has been significantly involved in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, which she led on across the whole business. Her interest in European economic development led her to conduct a recent study on industrial relocation. She is also passionate about technology and has designed a Digital Procurement Lab, the fruit of her many achievements with clients.
