What we stand for
For more than 20 years, we have been advising our clients on how to optimally set up procurement and supply chain management (SCM) according to their individual and industry-specific requirements. For us, optimal means cost-efficient, competitive, future-proof, and sustainable.
To achieve this, we follow two approaches in co-sourcing, we identify potential for cost reduction and realize it in the short and medium term, together with our clients’ procurement teams. As a partner for transformation, we translate long-term corporate goals into a concrete development strategy for procurement and supply chain management.
