Step-by-step to strategic procurement

At INVERTO, we divide the strategic procurement process into six process steps and two main phases: Plan-to-Strategy (P2S) and Source-to-Contract (S2C). Our training modules are systemized along these phases and process steps and can be combined to with a comprehensive training curriculum.

The P2S phase deals with topics around the analysis of the procurement status quo, the potential determination, and the definition of sourcing strategies.

The S2C phase covers topics under strategy implementation, contract management and contract implementation. In our modules Fundamentals of procurement, the Strategic Sourcing Process in general, Procurement 4.0 and Category strategy & management we train cross-sectional topics. In these modules the participants gain the necessary competences to successfully understand and apply the content conveyed in the P2S and S2C modules.
